COMMUNITY
The sense of community, the vibe, the "spirit' and the small town feeling like where we grew up. A community that cares about one another.

VOLUNTEERS
We have a wonderful volunteer group of people running our private bar, serving on committees, and our volunteer caterers who put on lunches at a nominal cost in addition to providing food for our bigger community events.

SECURITY
We appreciate and love our front gate and security guards. I have always been a fraidy cat at night, and since moving here, those fears have gone away.

FITNESS
We have 3 pools offering water aerobics, water volleyball, lap lanes, and scheduled times for children-ideal for spring breaks and holidays. We have 2 fitness rooms and various other activities such as yoga, dancing, golf, walking, and biking.

We have a wonderful co-ed softball league, pickleball, bocce, and tennis.

We have a popular woodworking shop, pottery and ceramics center, quilting and sewing facility, a ballroom, our bar, our pools, 3 community centers, the pavilion, and access to on-site public golfing. And a newly created butterfly garden.

EVENTS
Fantastic events from concerts on the green (softball field), comedians, dances, movie nights, Holiday events, and more. In addition, our bar has live music, karaoke, music bingo, dances, and overall fun times. Individual social and interest clubs put on events such as Black and white parties, chili cookoffs, luaus, recognition dinners, lighted golf cart parades at Halloween and Christmas, dog events, fashion shows, lip sync concerts, and so much more.

We are fortunate to have talented and committed people willing to serve on our board. They have an eye on the future and work hard to maintain the standards of our community and lifestyle. We are a financially healthy homeowner's association.

APPEAL AND LOCATION
We have a popular woodworking shop, pottery and ceramics center, quilting and sewing facility. I love driving into our community and enjoying the trees, landscaping, and well-maintained homes. It is green and peaceful with trees and beautiful bushes. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, arts and culture, and freeway access.
